Charlie started in the mortgage industry in 2005 and has worked in just about every aspect of loan originations; started with a broker, wholesale account executive, big bank loan officer, direct retail lending and now runs J. Charles Lending. With the shift in the industry in 2022 it was evident that it was no longer acceptable to provide either great service or great pricing, our clients deserve both. The broker model was the best option as it gave us the option to work with many different lenders and offer the lowest rates available. We want to make sure that our clients are given the best financial value without having to sacrifice working with someone with knowledge and experience.
